Do you have any special wedding packages?

Yes, we have our Villa & Vine Package. We can also customize any bar or culinary experience. It is strongly encouraged to first schedule a tour, followed by a custom estimate to make sure all pricing and event details are considered.

​What is included with the venue?

Tables, linens, chairs, all glassware and place settings, heat lamps, dance floor, restrooms, bistro lights, romantic lighting and electrical outlets for vendors. 

​Is there parking?

Uber/Lyft is recommended so guests don't have to worry about driving, or perhaps a shuttle.  Public parking is available on the street or in the Victoria parking lot.

​What is the amplified music curfew?

10pm in the courtyard
Midnight in the Arlington Room

​How many hours are included for the actual event, when Guests are present?

(6) hours

​Is a Wedding Coordinator required?

No, but recommended

How much set up and breakdown time do we have?

(3) hours before the start time of your event to set up and (2) hours after your event ends to break down, with set up not allowed to begin before 2pm day-of the event.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A $2,000 event deposit is required to secure the venue, and applied toward your event balance.
Payment in full and a $1,000 security deposit is required (30) days in advance of the event date.
