​What is included with the venue?

Handmade wooden farm tables, vineyard cross back chairs (without cushions), all stemware and place settings, ivory napkins, 4 heat lamps, built-in dance floor, restrooms, bistro lights and existing chandeliers. (Guest dinner table linens not included).

​Is there parking?

Uber/Lyft is recommended so guests don't have to worry about driving, or perhaps a shuttle.  Public parking is available on the street or in the Victoria parking lot.

​What is the amplified music curfew?

10pm in the courtyard 
Midnight in the Arlington Room

​How many hours are included for the actual event, when Guests are present?

(6) hours

​Is a Wedding Coordinator required?

No, but recommended

Are there dressing suites onsite?

Villa & Vine does not have onsite dressing suites, but there are wonderful hotels, inns and other accommodations walking distance or very close to the venue.

How much set up and breakdown time do we have?

(3) hours before the start time of your event to set up and (2) hours after your event ends to break down, with set up not allowed to begin before 2pm day-of the event.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A $2,000 event deposit is required to secure the venue, and applied toward your event balance. 
Payment in full and a $1,000 security deposit is required (30) days in advance of the event date.

About Petros

Originally from Ioannina, and growing up in Venice and Athens, Chef and Owner Petros Benekos brings his classic Hellenic California Cuisine (which he learned from his mother, Frederiki) to his wedding and event venue Villa & Vine, in Santa Barbara. With an obsessive focus on the freshest ingredients, Chef Petros Benekos found the best way to do this was to grow much of his own produce from his farm in Los Olivos, import the best honey, cheese and other key ingredients from Greece, as well as produce his own wine label. His & Petros Restaurants have received notoriety in the culinary world with: Top Newcomer by the 2007 Zagat Survey of Los Angeles, featured on KABC News' Top 7 Restaurants and KNBC's Your L.A., and tied with Wolfgang Puck's "Cut" as Los Angeles Magazine's 2nd best new restaurant for 2007.  Enjoy the Petros culinary tradition, beyond just VILLA & VINE, at one of his many restaurants throughout California: Manhattan Beach, Century City, El Segundo, Solvang, Santa Barbara and Petros Winery.
